CARE
To preserve the beauty of your Kandee heels, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with liquids and abrasive surfaces. Gently wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth after each wear, and keep them in their dust bag when not in use.
MADE TO ORDER
Each pair of Kandee shoes is individually made to order, just for you. Please allow 2–3 weeks for our artisans to handcraft your heels with the precision and attention they deserve. This slow fashion approach ensures exclusivity, reduces waste, and delivers unmatched quality – because true luxury is always worth the wait.
SHIPPING
Worldwide Shipping Available. Once your made-to-order shoes are complete, they will be shipped directly to you with a tracked delivery service. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 2–5 working days for delivery after dispatch.
