Returns and Refunds 

Please note all shoes are handmade to order and take 7/14 business days on average to be handmade before shipping via dhl or FedEx. As shoes are handmade they are non returnable all sales are final sales. 

Duties and taxes 

You could be liable for customs and duty taxes and charges. Please contact your local authority for details. Kandee does not accept any liability for duties or taxes in your delivery country.
