Refund policy

All Kandee shoes are made to order, handcrafted exclusively for you. As each pair is produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted items, including due to change of mind, sizing errors, or preference.

We only accept returns in the event that an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. If this is the case, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at sales@kandeeshoes.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please note:

  • Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on worn or altered items.
  • We do not offer exchanges for sizing or style preferences.
